We recommend booking 3–7 days in advance for standard shoots. Real estate clients with fast-moving listings can often be accommodated within 24–48 hours. Weekends and golden hour slots fill fastest — book early when possible.

Safety and image quality come first. If conditions prevent a safe or high-quality flight, we reschedule at no charge. We monitor conditions closely in the days prior and communicate proactively if rescheduling looks likely.

Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPGs (RAW files available as an add-on). Videos are delivered as MP4 files optimized for web, MLS, and social media. Everything arrives via a private download link active for 30 days.

Yes. All packages include a commercial license, meaning you can use the footage on your website, social channels, MLS listing, and in digital advertising. The only restriction is resale of the raw footage itself.

Absolutely. We regularly shoot in El Dorado, Calaveras, Sacramento, and San Joaquin counties. For shoots more than 30 miles from Jackson, a modest travel fee may apply — just mention your location when you inquire.

Most shoots wrap within 30–90 minutes on location depending on the package. We'll give you a realistic estimate before we arrive so you can plan your day accordingly.

Yes — and for real estate and landscape work, we highly recommend golden hour (the hour after sunrise or before sunset). The light is dramatically better. We offer flexible scheduling including early mornings and evenings.

A 50% deposit is required at booking to hold your date. The balance is due upon delivery of final files. We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash. Retainer clients may request monthly invoice billing.
